Small company (London branch) - Could also be taken as a con, but being small probably allows you to express yourself better and feel a bit more at home. Occasional team lunches, drinks etc. Good flow of projects.

There is a hint of arrogance from some employees, as well as talking behind peoples backs as soon as they have left the office. Being a small company made up of long term members, it really does halt any feeling of team bonding. The company is very bare-bones, ie no additional benefits/ CSR awareness. Some of the leadership seem old fashioned, which makes the company feel a bit behind the times in terms of employee engagement. Somewhat tight on pay. Offices - while ideally located - are small with a lot of 'junk' as expected being a Design office but being small, one is more aware of it.

Friendly and helpful employees. As a summer intern I was given good responsibilities for tasks. Got to work on a wide range of projects.

Relatively small company. Ideally need to drive to access cambridge office. Not many more cons that I can think of.
