Pros

There is nothing good about this place

Cons

everything. Manager always bought lunch and gifts for 2 people in the office to keep them happy when they acted like 2 year olds. Company is struggling financially. Made you feel like you were stupid. Unfriendly environment, most people that work here have no social skills. No advancement opportunities. On call 24-7 because the manager said its not his job. Manager yells for people to come to his office instead of paging them or calling their ext. unprofessional. Unorganized and never have the equipment that is required for patients. Terrible training. Don't follow HIPAA guidelines for work place. If you call in sick you better give a detailed description of why so they can tell the whole office.

Pros

It was a great team to work with. I loved my job.

Cons

They dissolved most of the billing team during the last month I was there. There really wasn't anything negative about working here. It was a great place to work.

Pros

Some of the employees and administration who work at Petersen Medical are amazing. They care about you personally and professionally and seek your success. Many patients are wonderful to work with and make the job fulfilling. The job is repetitive enough, yet offers a variety of tasks to do every day.

Cons

Staff turnover lately is very high. Some workplace relations have become toxic due to staff at varying locations, and with an inability to reach amends with C-suite professionals at Petersen, the staff has been leaving in droves. If you're really passionate about the work and don't mind a lot of back and forth when trying to accomplish anything with most C-suite reps, you will do well here.
