Cons
The company is quite chaotic in general as each office runs somewhat independently, and rather than working together they compete for clients/revenue, so there's constant internal negotiation, which makes it really hard to work well. Their systems and processes are quite outdated (who makes budgets in Word?). Management is by and large made of older white dudes, so it's difficult for a woman to advance (among with other more delicate issues, if you know what I mean...). The Florida office has an incredible high turn over of people, and anyone who has worked there will recognize that a 5 star "excellent company" that blames the international offices for being slow in the Cons section is definitely a fake review written by the management there. Please beware of fake reviews and save yourself heartache and exploitation as the management is horrible (lack of integrity, disorganized, the big boss hardly works, etc.). So many of my past colleagues suffered a big blow to their career by joining this company, and those who stay are there because they are afraid of not finding another option, but complain continuously about how overworked and unhappy they are.
