Pros
Pay. The regional manager in Omaha pays extraordinarily well to recruit and attempt to retain employees. The result is several employees, amongst the roughly 75 in Omaha, have been employees for more than 20 years.
Cons
There is zero respect for employees. The rules are arbitrary and a rule is often made up and enforced on a specific person rather than implemented throughout the region. Management is frequently relied upon to look the other way as the regional manager steals from the company. Employees at all levels are treated in a condisending and critical manner. In three years, I never once heard 'good job!' to myself or anyone else. There is no escalation process for problem resolution above the regional manager. No human resources department even at the corporate level. (This is a companie with more than a thousand employees!)
