Pros

None. PTP is a terrible company. All the reviews on here are fake because they force employees to write them.

Cons

Where do I start? They hide all information or historical information regarding accounts. The owner (Nick) belittles everyone and makes them feel terrible. No opportunity for growth. They expect you to work until 9-10pm. Won’t let you expense anything for clients over $100. Monitors your laptop use (every company does) but the CEO will send you a report and ask why you only were online for 5 hours one day, we’re in sales! We visit clients and go to events!! Backstabbing. Will take accounts from you. Micromanaging. Tries to control everything you do. Never straight forward about commissions. Trying to push AI recruiter robots down your throat. Doesn’t understand what a spread is or a burden. Only pays recruiters one for contract starts ($700-1000) per placement when I’m reality it should be much more overtime. Then the rest goes straight into Nicks pocket. Not a true recruiting/staffing agency. In reality, this company is a fraud and the owner is a con. All the case studies are fake. They call consultants they placed on a team and ask what they are doing then spin it into a case study. Healthcare is extremely high. Didn’t have dental or vision for awhile. No 401k match. Doesn’t follow IL labor laws. Awful, awful place. Save yourself.
