      Pros

      They really put a lot of effort into the care of their animals, store is usually very well staffed and easy to maintain

      Cons

      Very poor management, they don't pay attention to their employees very well I never even got my 3 month review which was supposed to include a raise, the pay could be a lot better for the bigger jobs they have people doing

      Awesome management, and very supportive. You get to work with puppies everyday and get great discounts! Absolutely my favorite job, perfect for getting started in the dog industry, with opportunities to advance!

      Cons

      Customers can be hard at times, most are amazing, but some people don’t understand what petland murf really does and stands for, which is the well being of puppies and their health.
