Pros
Been with the company for 18 years. It has been mostly good and not many major complaints.Good environment, benefits, friendly co-workers, in my department the team and managers have been great. It is the second best place I have worked. The first was a teacher in an elementary school in a rural New England town. Small classes and only one smart aleck kid.
Cons
Yes, there are some cons but there is no perfect place to work. If it is not your cup of tea and you are not happy move one. As John Lydgate said: “You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time." The positives out weighed the negatives in my case.
