Pros

It's a global company and become an EPCC especially onshore plant when Petrofac acquired most of the RNZ shares. More rewards on the job experience specifically involve EPCC project.

Cons

Not the so-called "RNZ" that it used to be after the main shareholder left in 2018. Turnover or attrition of people resigning is high due to many reasons.

Pros

Supportive Environment & Learning Culture

Cons

1. Supportive Environment & Learning Culture Many interns highlight a friendly, inclusive atmosphere with supportive colleagues who are eager to teach. One review mentioned it as "a great place to learn." Interns often gain exposure to real, technical engineering tasks (not just routine admin duties), which can be highly rewarding. Petrofac RNZ is well-regarded for providing opportunities to learn and grow, especially for fresh graduates. 2. Physical Work Environment A few reviews mention practical discomforts. One noted that the office felt too cold, which, while minor, illustrates attention to intern well-being gaps.
