Good salary, but overly complicated processes hinder progress - Manager Petronas Employee Review

Over complicated processes, multiple red tape, lack of empowerment and indecisive management. Approvals can take weeks/months sometimes years just to clear, and sometimes gets cancelled or forgotten due to restructuring or change in management. Performance appraisals are long and tedious and very subjective. Working over weekends and after hours are the norm usually for last-minute management direction changes.
