Senior leadership outdated and needs replacing. Standing out as an individual is unacceptable and often left to make own decisions and blamed if you get it wrong. Only 30 staff on site and 4 have already left...others already job hunting...2 HSE managers in a year gone...Management very negative towards anybody leaving, they try to push you out the door if they can. Maintenance department has more contractors working for them than staff because they can't recruit..poor pay..poor management..poor treatment...I am planning to leave soon. The company has lost its way because of the leadership team.
