Where do I begin. It seems as if the company has got stuck in time. You wouldn't know the Managing director worked for the company apart from the one email a year sent to staff around Christmas. You are left to make decisions on your own and nobody is willing to lend a hand. Majority of people are only looking out for themselves and are more than willing to step on you to reach a higher position in the company. During my time at the company I have a large quantity of people leave. If your face did not fit then your time at the company would be made rather hard. This would continue until you were either pushed out of the door or you could not stand it any longer. Lastly the amount of two faced people at the company is comical.
