Pros
One of the best branding in the industry. Very in line with the movement of energy landscape to explore new sustainable energy. For Malaysians, very generous goverment linked company that gives back to the people.
Cons
Not very sustainable human resource succession and talent management. Certain 'talents' move up the ladder by eye catching bandwagon riding initiatives which are not sustainable in the long run. Community of east coast regional assets are conservatives who find it hard to embrace diversity and inclusiveness. Entitled and laid back culture at regions especially among non-exec technicians.
