Understaffed , underpaid and hours are 9-6 in many locations. Randomised days off and if anyone has AL you’re probably looking at 8 days working in a row meaning for very little work life balance. You have to create a good environment in your individual stores because the regional or SDM are unhelpful and unappreciative at best. Not trained for your role and big expectations. Training is unmanageable all year round. Regional and Sdm unsupportive and sometimes flat out rude to staff. Upminster staff laid of without opportunity to move positions elsewhere. Shows your replaceable and shown very little respect for running their stores for them! They get all the benefit clearly.
