Pros
The best of the best have either been downsized or fired for not going along with the toxicity this place is filled with. The actual office setup before COVID was pretty cool, and there were free snacks/drinks and fun things to do and fun events planned, but every tech company has those perks now, so there is nothing super special that stands out. The office was located in the Strip District, and that was a fun place to work because there was so much to do in the area. But we are all working from home now, so we can't enjoy the only positives that existed in the past.
Cons
If you are even half human, you will stay away from here. Too many other good tech companies in the area to choose from. Your work will not be appreciated, never has never will. Just ok benefits, no 401k match!! I have several friends at many local tech companies, and they have much better benefits, so this is definitely not "in line" with what others have in this market, but keep telling yourselves that. A company is only as good as it's leaders, and this place scores an F as far as leadership. I'm not sure the team who is busy writing fake positive reviews to use as a recruiting strategy, but that only shows you how low they go, and how desperate they are grasping at straws. Only thing keeping me and some others here is being able to work from home, and not wanting to change jobs in the middle of a pandemic.
