      Pay is OK.. not much else

      Cons

      constant turnover, company continues to try to tout change, safety concerns, continue to employ under par employees and reward bad behavior. Improve HR. Who polices the professionalism and guidance from HR? Does he even understand HR?

      Pros

      Decent pay and not a lot of micromanaging. They hire good personnel for ops and they’ve got top notch equipment.

      Cons

      Rates haven’t gone up for techs since they started and it’s not changing anytime soon. Contractors are responsible for lodging, travel, etc.
