The people! Wow, I knew pharma was a different kettle of fish, but the people is Grange Castle are another level of rude - the like you would not find anywhere else, except in Pfizer Newbridge. This is the type of place where you will be in a meeting with someone at 9am, and at 11am you'll walk by them in the corridor and it will be like you've never met! I worked with multiple members of senior management and directors and they all had this arrogance ingrained into them. The longer they were there, the worse it was. Advice to future employees - the grass is not always greener!
