Toxic work culture coming right from CEO - Sumit Sinha , there are stories of CEO firing employees on the spot, in team meetings . No org hierarchy, only target and number driven roles, unrealistic target settings, constant pressure from manager, daily tracking of numbers.Absolute disaster working with this company
