Great work environment, colleagues, benefits, and work-life balance - Engineer Phantom Auto Employee Review

This is the first job I've had, ever, in which I don't get the "Sunday blues." I genuinely enjoy the work I do, like the people I work with, and appreciate that I have work life balance. There is much better communication here than I've ever experienced at other companies I've worked for. You feel really involved with decision-making and there is a lot of transparency about how the company is doing. Lastly- the benefits are really great.
