Pros
Really enjoyed the experience of participating in different projects at different client sites. This provided exposure to different technical environments. Most of the projects entail the development of teamwork and organizational skills. Management encourages participation of seminars to acquire more skills that could be applied to your current and future projects.
Cons
Need to improve in sharing information among the employees. Would benefit to have an automated system to document timesheet information. More visibility of business development leaders at client sites.
