Pros

No positive points to highlight

Cons

This company has applied every possible way to exploit freshers. If you leave before ~3.6–3.9 years, your effective salary turns out to be as low as ₹30–35k per month considering all the retention and bond clauses. Bond & Notice Period: 3.6-year bond + 3-month notice period. This practically restricts you from switching jobs freely, especially within the same domain. Retention Trap: Around 70% of salary hikes go into retention, which you may never fully receive. Partiality in Hikes: Managers show clear bias—employees from their hometown or close circle tend to get better hikes and opportunities. Unfair Pay Structure: People in the same role can have very different salaries; sometimes juniors earn more than experienced employees. Performance Bond Issues: Even after meeting expectations, you may not receive the promised benefits tied to performance or retention. Lack of Support: Management is not supportive during tough personal situations, including serious health issues. Post-Resignation Experience: Once you resign, the experience often becomes worse—processes may get delayed or unnecessarily complicated. Bench Time: You may not be assigned projects for long periods, which affects learning and growth. No Learning & Growth: There is minimal focus on skill development. Forced Office Culture: Even though the company claims to have a hybrid policy, managers expect employees to come to the office daily and sit for 9 hours without meaningful work. Misleading Reviews: Many positive reviews appear to be biased or not reflective of the actual work culture, giving a misleading impression to job seekers. Overall Culture: Extremely cost-cutting mindset with little regard for employee well-being.
