Unprofessional behaviour of management - Senior Safety Specialist PharmaLex Employee Review

1- company is not doing full and final for employees who left the organization. 2-HR is deducting money from salary. 3- HR and higher management is threatening employees. 4- They call me at 2 am to complete the case which was pending at Medical adviser end. 5- lack of management in the team. 6- HR called one of my friend's dad to thretened him. 7- They are not completing anyone's probation period, and if you take leave they'll deduct salary.
