I have waited a significant amount of time after leaving here to write, however I feel now I’m ready to share my experience. I was lured in by the managements desire to shift the work environment to a more caring but accountable work culture. Unfortunately what I found was more of an unwillingness of leadership to recognize changes needed in themselves to really move forward. Leadership was not into helping employees develop as they were more interested in telling people what to do, how to do it and when to do it. No willingness to listen to others, and very stuck in doing things the way they always have been done Don’t get me wrong, there were a lot of great people there but I watched them being pushed down my leadership to be more goers than thinkers. It’s a shame since new ideas could really help this company grow. I will also say that HR has a lot to learn on how to handle situations - not all of HR but at least one of them is quite the backstabbing type .. very info when most of your employees don’t trust them
I honestly have never worked for a company that has been so destructive to a persons self worth. They truly are a dysfunctional company that seems to survive in spite of itself
