The specific pharmacy I work with is amazing because my boss is amazing. Value of inclusivity does mean a general accent put on accepting different employees.
Cons
Constant budget cuts are a nightmare and affect the functioning of the store - there aren't enough hours for cashiers or stock clerks so there's never enough staff. Corporate decisions about how things should function are rarely well adaptable to the reality in all sectors of the pharmacy, including behind-the-counter. The current software is incredibly old and glitchy, with plenty of time spent waiting on it or fixing its mistakes. A new software has been promised forever, with no clear date on when it will be implemented, and reviews of the new software aren't all that positive either...
