Pros
Company provides stable work environment. It is privately owned by a Japanese company and they are not likely to sell. The location is ok. The product category (vitamins, etc) is very interesting. The bonus program is good, especially at the management level.
Cons
The management of the company has taken a turn for the worse over the last 2-3 years. They do not know the vitamin category, and do not want to understand its complexities. This has led to excessive turnover. Management tries to force out long time employees who have successfully built the business. Management runs on nepotism and short term strategies so that they can get their big bonuses.
