4yThank you for taking the time to share your experience. As you noted, our employees share passion for our purpose and pride in our products. At Pharmavite, we care as much about what we do, as who we do it with and how; in other words, our colleagues and culture really matter to us.
One of our company values is to “do the right thing” and accordingly, bullying is expressly prohibited as part of our Code of Conduct. We do not take the use of that word lightly and there is a zero tolerance for any mistreatment of our valued employees. Anyone who believes they have been bullied or have witnessed it are required to report the incident immediately to their supervisor, Human Resources, or our Ethics Hotline. We are disappointed that you did not feel a part of our culture and wish you success in your future endeavors.
