      Pros

      Pay is above market for all positions. Work life balance is good depending on manager. Culture is, for the most part, lax and understanding, while also being an excellent ground for excelling in your position.

      Cons

      Political at times on processes and what needs to be done, but that's true of most companies.

      Pros

      Great leadership, great products, great people to work with. I was with the company for 15 years, total professionals at what they do. One of the best corporate leadership teams I have worked with. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement. Always felt the company really cared for its employees and its community.

      Good comp, plenty of remote weeks during the year. Plenty of diversity in the company and it is a very successful company
