unethical & struggling to stay relevant - Regional Sales Manager PhaseWare Employee Review

Where to start... 0 chance for upward movement. Everyone reports to the president/co-founder. New employees aren't offered training, only a "figure it out/learn as you go model" This company is struggling. They lack innovation, leadership, and ethical business practices. They use the phrase "startup culture" but really mean after 12 years they still have an underdeveloped company. Employees are stifled, forced to lie, thrown under the bus for MGMT lies, and have commissions taken from them. Avoid this company!!!
