Flexible working time for office employee, but always get reminder from managers. Few employees are supportive and helpful. I really appreciate them specially Phani sir and Ashwani sir.

Least bothered management, they don't care of their employees, they only bother and listen for their old employees. Working environment was toxic. Very much politics, backbitching. They release the FNF amount and experience letter after 2-3 month when regular reminder is given. They give the appointment letter after 1-2 month. For HR profile they hire as a HR Executive but give you the work of recruiter. 80% recruitment and 20% operation work. Monthly hiring is approx 40-50 people and only 2 HR will be there, and if you will not hire for them on time, project managers will give you big reminders on mail putting the MD in CC. So if anyone looking for operation profile work please don't prefer.

Excellent environment for learning new things. Stable project in IT as well and Non-IT consulting domain. Have some of the biggest Indian PSU as their clients which gives excellent exposure. Employee friendly environment with easy access to senior management guidance. Lot of opportunity to front-end with the client which helps in grooming up oneself very early in their career. Excellent place for someone having long term career goals in consulting.

Multitasking is required. Though it helps in learning new things a lot but it also sometimes requires additional efforts in completing the work on time.
