Pros
We have a great, energetic team who supports one another. This is a company with flex hours and tons of opportunity for growth. We listen to employee input and try to implement all ideas to make the office better and run smoother. Our goal is to put out good, coordinated work while still maintaining a work-life balance.
Cons
As a small office if someone's out for an extended period of time there's not a ton of people to pick up the slack but hopefully that is only a short term problem!
