      Extremely rewarding. Get to meet a lot of scouts from around the USA

      Cons

      Worked hard. Typically 4 days on and 1 day off with and 8 hour shift here and there. But you get to live your life through this job to the fullest.

      Meet people from all around the country that you will more than likely keep in touch with. Learn true leadership skills that can't be taught in a classroom. You hike, it's awesome.
