Pros
Philz was always known for its culture and core values. People, Culture, Quality. Work hard and you will be rewarded for those efforts. Down to earth people in the stores and in the home office. Ability to be yourself and have a voice.
Cons
In the last year things have dramatically change at Philz. The Home Office is so top heavy now with people most team members have no idea what they do. We used to have a very visible CEO and HR Leader that would be in the stores and were not afraid to roll up their sleeves to help the stores and teams. Now, we never see Jacob and HR is now a non existent , paint by numbers corporate unapproachable department. Philz has now become what we all feared Starbucks 2.0
