Pros
-You work with great managers and shift leaders in your store -It's great coffee -The customers you serve on a daily basis are great people
Cons
-Upper management for the company is absolutely clueless -There is micromanagement from every level -The owner and CEO could care less about their employees, they don't take the time to know your name or acknowledge any hard work -The Jaber family seems to be getting extremely greedy, they are more focused on opening more stores than anything... what ever happened to quality not quantity?
