free coffee, exercise since you are on your feet, keeps your mind sharp with having to remember everything

their whole setup is just confusing, you cant write anything down, have to memorize each recipe, and there is no way to look up recipes in case you forget how to make a drink. they did not have the accurate amount of people workign at a time, forcing you to take on more than you should. also little policies they have make no sense. filling the coffee to the near top, and asking customers to take a sip of the drink to make sure it is perfect. many times, a customer would ask you to fix it, which would throw off the whole assembly line of drinks that you have. the ceo came in once and wanted people to pay attention to him, and not the customers. also the prices, need i say more
