Pros
Philz is a great place to find a group of friends and a community. Management, at least at my store was really good and everyone worked really hard. The pay is really good too for coffee.
Cons
Obviously scheduling in food service is the worst so it's not that different from anywhere else. It can get pretty gossipy because the company is still pretty small
