Pros
Phinest is growing but still has the size and the will to truly apply their values. They are human - listening to their customers but also to their consultants. They are constructive - not blocked by constraints but more perceiving opportunities. They are professionals - gathering great people on great projects.
Cons
Maybe the current portfolio of sectors and projects is still not broad enough to allow Phinest to propose as many different missions as they could.
