U get a van (not fit for purpose) bad racking or not roof rack

A typical day involves u heading to the office for half 7 where they have not ordered the right equipment for the job. You will then have to wait anywhere up to 2 hrs to at CEF waiting for the office to approve quotes. You will be promised Traning which will never come as the will just put you on them with little to no help and if it’s not installed the way they where thinking without telling u they will let u know. You will be expected to do loads of hours for no extra pay even on maintenance days. They give no overtime what so ever and if they say they will it will never come. Also they promise bonuses for completing installation which u will rarely see and they will come up with anything to keep it eg not even supplying the right equipment is your fault they will also Egnor any overtime u have done
