Phoenix Integration is a great place to work. We switched to SCRUM from a more waterfall development life cycle about two years ago and I think the change has been very positive. Very team-based atmosphere, and everyone on the team is usually committed to putting out the best product possible. The work is interesting and challenging. Everyone is very friendly.
