You work from home, they work with your schedule, immediate supervisors and coworkers are very understanding and always willing to help no matter how long you've worked there.
Cons
Extremely low pay, you're a 504 employee so they don't take taxes out, no benefits or vacation pay, no unemployment if you're fired or furloughed, client turnaround is high, upper management is reactive instead of proactive and thinks only of the short term needs of the company.
