Pros
I continue to be impressed and have maintained my optimism with recently appointed members of the upper management/leadership team. It appears the organization has sincerely taken to heart the need for change and is actively pursuing many opportunities for improvement.
One of those opportunities is the roll-out of the professional development program. As someone who cares a great deal about personal and professional growth, this program is exciting, as it shows that Phoenix is looking to invest in its people to create a strong and successful employee base.
Working for, and with, people who not only see potential in its employees, but actively working to develop their potential, is a breath of fresh air.
Overall, the company culture is relaxed and welcoming, while never losing its professionalism. The people are friendly, management is very approachable and always willing to get down in the trenches whenever needed.
Cons
At Phoenix, the pros definitely outweigh the cons. Phoenix is a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and with that comes minor pain points - but nothing that should be surprising to veteran professionals and certainly nothing that outweighs the positive things at Phoenix.
