Pros
Great benefits and matching 401K. The HR group works hard to make it a better place and has special events for the employees. Expanding again! Decent wages.
Cons
Too much drama on the floor among employees. It gets too hot. If you get sick from the heat and have to go home, you get penalized with an attendance point. Supervisors allow their favorites to bully other employees and get away with it. There are hardly any women in management positions in the office-it's a man's company-seniority and education does not matter.
