Pros
Benefits used to be the best reason to work at Phoenix Packaging, however in 2015 they started taking benefits away...401k. They also changed insurance plans mid-year and made employees pay more for less. I guess the only pro that was still there when I left was the laborers...they are great people who work hard.
Cons
Management team is terrible. They don't give a crap about their employees and only give a crap about themselves and thier produxtion numbers. Hey idiots...when the laborers leave who do you think will run those million dollar machines? Certainly not the management team, as they dont even know how to turn on the machines let alone run it. It basically comes down to this: if you aren't an imported member of their klan, you don't stand a chance in that company. Favoritism runs through the plant like crazy. And God forbid you have an opinion that differs from managements...you get ousted.
