Pros

Internal training. They will train you to level 3.

Cons

They charge you $100 per class, for a total of $700-800 in training that you have to pay back if you leave within 6 months. The Armed trainer has an anger management problem. He is a problem that is swept under the rug. I witnessed him lying on the actions of three people. They can fire you for anything but ghosting you. so YOU have to quit. Then they can nail you to minimum wage (Washington law) for your final check, then take the money out for the training, and they treat you like crap. Senior-level management will take into account the managers' abuse, it is a hostile work environment.

Pros

PTO, 401k, and healthcare benefits are great.

Cons

local office employees all suck, management is a nightmare, and god help you if you try to refer someone to work the same contract (you will never see them). rampant discrimination, OSHA violations, and overall just awful people. comments about last minute schedule changes are accurate. calling out is next to impossible, managers will say things like "i know i can't say no when you have sick leave..." and make you feel as though you will be retaliated against for getting sick. management will complain if you tell them you cannot handle 72 hour work weeks. management will complain if you tell them you cannot handle flip flopping from day shift to night shift with one or no days off between changes.
