Nice people but very unstable job - Quality Inspector Phoenix Quality Employee Review

I have worked for Phoenix coming up on my 6th year now. I started as an inspector in 2010. Although the hours are sometimes predictable I found Phoenix to be quite flexible with my schedule that said I did have to put in the overtime on weekends like everyone else... But they do rotate overtime so it wasn't same people all the time but yes OT was mandatory. Training / instructions along with expectations were always clear. I have seen many people come and go over the years and I have to say that the ones who move up in this company have to like any job, prove themselves, be a great leader and want to help coach other team members. Phoenix management do care about their employees and offer praise and thanks all the time when you do something above and beyond or catch new defects, remember birthdays and try and do something extra when it's your birthday... People who have said negative things about working for Phoenix really need to look at personal assessments before posting negative reviews about this company I really enjoy working for Phoenix and know it can be more then a "stepping stone" job for people looking to grow in this company

Wage is dictated by our clients which yes I would like to see a higher starting wage but still better then minimum and opertunity to grow and make more is there

They really care about their employees.

The pay is to low.
