Pros
The work environment with Honda Cars Manufacturing in Alliston is a good clean place, considering it is factory, to work in. Most of the people you work with are friendly and dedicated to their jobs. I experienced good working relationships with my team members and even made a few new friends.
Cons
The Team Leads are incredibly unqualified to be TLs. I couldn't believe how young some of them were. They do whatever they are told by their Supervisors who have no idea how to run an auto manufacturing driven operation. They are selfish and only want to see themselves promoted. They need to step down from their pillars of hierarchy and learn to be humble and become motivated to be able to teach their subordinates with greater care and a sense of responsibility so that that person can take personal pride in what they are doing. Don't work for Pheonix.
