Work-life balance has only gotten worse in the last two years. More negativity in 2025, with low bonuses and with management withdrawing the 1-day work from home policy to punish engineers even though it was only one department who were not able to make WFH work for them,
The range of pay for many positions is too wide. MKS shareholders are kept happy with share price during a difficult industry period for semiconductor products, by making resource cuts and budget cuts.
There is not a clear path for career growth like there was in the past under different leadership.
