They hire folks in other countries with very poor communication skills. Our office was a disaster once Physician Angels Scribes got involved. We wasted a lot more time with unhappy patients and lower productivity. We had to let them go as soon as the trial period ended. After the trail period they Falsified and over billed. Be ware.
