Pros

Many years ago Physio had a wonderful culture that respected employees and their talents. Many people were proud to work for Physio. Now it's a badge of shame.

Cons

Senior Management only cares about cutting costs and selling this company as quickly as they can. Everything is micro managed. Very little input is sought from any level of management. Since the merger a few years ago this company has steadily slid towards chaos. Senior management makes sweeping and drastic changes haphazardly without concern for the long term consequences. They treat the employees horribly now. Terminating people with only a week's severance. It's all about how fast they can cut expenses.

Pros

Great place to work at Physiotherapy Associates! Management was very nice and respectful and always encouraged us to ask questions if there was something we did not know how to do or understand.

Cons

Pay was really low and the workload can get increasingly overwhelming at times.
