Sometime the working hours were crazy

Pay and hours are decent, insurance is great

management and employee disconnect, some management is difficult to work with, company still feels like a brand-new start up, a lot of task delegation to lower employees, a lot of departments not doing what their supposed to be doing and making other employees pick up the slack, it’s hard to wake up and feel excited to work for this company, they promise work-life balance but did not deliver
