Company policy is not good. Company directly told candidate anytime to leave without any warning and mail . So at that time what should people do? Also they give reasons like performance issue for leaving the company. They didn't tell all the things in interview. They are not giving on going or live project directly to candidate. They hire candidate for one project according to experience and then they give training for 1 month. After completion of training they give another project according to candidate's capability . This is not a good thing . Means how can they judge candidate capability in training period? Every experienced candidate have same knowledge to show their capability. So much politics is happening in company.
