It's a family run company and you are more than just a number. There is opportunity to make your own mark as the company is unstructured, so for the self motivated individual it is very good. Great people and company is very supportive towards wellbeing and families.
Cons
It's a family run company and there is lack of professionalism in the way that Senior Staff members (many who have been there 20 years plus) behave. Offices are in Clacton on Sea, Essex.
